General Overview of Fully Automatic BOPET BOPA BOPLA BOPP film making machine
The biaxially oriented film extrusion line is the result of 5 years of research, development, and manufacturing efforts.
On this extrusion line, raw materials go through various processes including plastification, the addition of chemical agents, and biaxial stretching. The resulting film has a uniform thickness. Its manufacturing technology reaches an internationally advanced level.
The biaxial stretching method has attracted increasing attention from the plastics extrusion industry in recent years. Stretching the in both directions can greatly improve the mechanical property, light transmission, barrier property, thermal
conductivity, and thickness uniformity. A biaxially oriented film production line is designed to meet the need of various
application fields. It is mainly applicable to plastic films that are made of polyester, polypropylene, polyamide acid,
polystyrene, or polyimide.
The biaxially stretched PET film is mainly used to construct the P layer of TPT back sheets. It ranges from 0.20mm to 0.35mm in thickness.
