Introduction

PLA sheet extrusion line sheet-making machine is production equipment specially used to produce PLA biodegradable materials, which includes material extruders, molds, three-roll calenders, cooling water tanks, longitudinal and cross-section cutting machines and Winding devices, and other components.

The working process of the whole production line is: add the pretreated PLA pellets or pellet mixed materials to the raw material waste of the extruder and make it form the required shape and size in the mold through the material extruder. Subsequently, the board is stretched and flattened by a three-roll calender and then cooled to the surface temperature in a cooling water tank for curing and setting. The board is soaked in the cooling water tank to crystallize the surface to achieve the purpose of adjusting the properties of the board. Then, use a slitting machine and cross-cutting machine to cut the plate into the required product size, such as a bag, bowl, box, tableware or film, etc., and finally roll it up through the winding device to become the finished product. Since the PLA material itself has biodegradable properties, the PLA degradable sheet produced has less environmental pollution and good environmental performance. Therefore, PLA degradable sheets are widely used in food, catering, medical and health fields.
